Drivanz Solutions Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India (“Drivanz”, “us”, “we”, or “our”), provides recruitment, staffing, workforce management and related services through its website accessible at https://www.drivanzsolutions.com (the “Website”) and through communication platforms including but not limited to WhatsApp, telephone calls, emails and other digital channels (collectively, the “Application”). The services provided by us through the Website and Application shall be referred to as the “Services”.

Any reference to “you” or the “User” shall mean any individual or entity accessing or using the Services. Drivanz and the User shall collectively be referred to as the “Parties” for the purposes of this Privacy Policy.
